Bryan Turkstra Homes Ltd. is the builder of our new beautiful home. Together, we developed and created a customized plan that turned into an absolutely exquisite inviting home. A home that has been admired by many since we moved in the summer of 2002.

Throughout the entire process Bryan was there to make sure all the details were taken care of and checked. Bryan’s tradespeople are handpicked and are first class. They always worked hard and performed to the top of their ability. They also informed us that we had chosen an outstanding builder. Bryan only uses first class materials and is very informed on the latest trends in homebuilding. As this was our first custom home, his direction and suggestions were invaluable to us. He made it very easy and pleasurable. He was also very open and accommodating to using some unique imported materials which we sourced out ourselves. They turned out incredible in our home.

Bryan is very personable, has a great deal of integrity, is highly motivated and is a very good listener. A great builder!!!

We are the proud owners of a Bryan Turkstra Home. The building process is often cited as a very difficult and trying one. That was not the experience we had with Bryan Turkstra. Bryan Turkstra is a man of values and integrity who takes the responsibility of building a home very seriously. Bryan went above any expectation that we had of a builder; doing things for us just because he felt it was a descent things to do. Our relationship during that period was more of a close trusted friend who was building our home. From the onset of the project he proved to be an individual that could be counted on for sound, practical and forthright assistance and advice.

As we began to visit suppliers, we soon discovered that Bryan is well respected throughout the industry. For the most part we found these people to be as knowledgeable (in their area), straightforward and pleasant to deal with as Bryan himself.

Visiting the construction site on a regular basis gave us the opportunity to get to know the various tradespeople who worked on our home. They too, spoke positively about their work experiences with Bryan. We saw for ourselves the quality of materials and workmanship that went into our home. We listened to suggestions or opinions about various aspects of the process that needed altering and we often deferred to Bryan in areas where we felt his expertise or that of this tradespeople carried more value than our personal preference.

Thus it happened, in the timeline laid out, we moved into our magnificent home!!

We are always pleased to hear about new BTHs as we know that he continues to make more people happy as he did with us!! We wish hime every continued success in the future.

When I decided to build my dream home on a lot which I had recently purchased, it seemed like a daunting task. I was a busy professional who had very little knowledge of construction matters. I did, however, have a fairly good idea of features and practical characteristics which I wanted my home to possess. The challenge was to transform these ideas into reality.

I started by searching for a builder who could guide me through the process. It was imperative to me that this person would have a solid reputation for quality and reliability as this is an industry about which I had heard many horror stories about in the past. After consulting with friends who were more familiar with construction than myself and meeting with several builders, I decided that Bryan Turkstra would be my builder. It is a decision which I feel I was very fortunate to have made.

Throughout the design and construction process, Bryan consistently proved that he is a very competent builder with integrity and one who shows great attention to detail. I was relieved to learn that even when I couldn’t visit the site as often as I would have liked due to work and other commitments, he kept a close eye on progress and ensured that my home would be built exactly as I had envisioned. His tradesmen were highly professional and had a unique ability to turn pictures from magazines and ideas into reality in my home. I also found Bryan very willing to make changes to my original building plans when I requested. He was very approachable and easy to contact throughout this project.

In summary, Bryan Turkstra helped to make the construction of my home an enjoyable experience and I am very happy with the final result. I wouldn’t have any hesitation recommending Bryan Turkstra Homes Ltd. to my family and friends.
